Liverpol88's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Liverpol88 is registered and operates. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration or before the relevant court under the laws of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under any applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
